What we treat and how: pick a step
Loose teeth
With periodontitis, the ligaments and bone around the roots partly break down, and the teeth become loose.
First, professional cleaning and curettage if needed: teeth cannot be splinted while there is active inflammation.
A shallow groove for the ribbon is cut on the inner side of the teeth, barely touching healthy tissue.
The fiberglass ribbon is placed in the groove and covered with composite, layer by layer.
The chewing load is shared across the whole group of teeth. The dentist polishes the splint and checks that it does not interfere with your bite.
Loose teeth
Wobble under the chewing load.
Bone
The bone level is reduced, which the X-ray confirms.
Deposits and inflammation
Removed before splinting.
Professional cleaning
Removes the deposits near the gums.
Gums
The splint is placed only once the gums are stable.
Groove
A shallow channel on the inner side of the teeth.
Instrument
Used to shape the groove for the ribbon.
Fiberglass ribbon
Strong under tension, slightly flexible and close to enamel in color.
Composite
Covers the ribbon layer by layer.
Splint
On the inner side of the teeth; the composite is matched to the enamel color.
Load
Shared across the whole group, so the loosening slows down.
Splinting joins loose teeth into a single block with a fiberglass ribbon that is covered with composite on the inner side of the teeth; it is done in a single visit, with no grinding and no impressions.

Placed on the inner side of the teeth; the composite is matched to the enamel color.
Teeth are splinted only after the inflammation is gone; otherwise the splint would just mask the problem.
If a piece chips off, the splint is repaired without removing the whole splint.
Splinting is done in a single visit, usually in one to one and a half hours, with no impressions.
The dentist checks how loose each tooth is, measures the pockets and assesses the bone level on the X-ray.
Professional cleaning and curettage if needed: teeth cannot be splinted while there is active inflammation.

The dentist smooths the surface and checks that the splint does not interfere with your bite.
Prices are per the price list. The dentist draws up a treatment plan with costs after an exam and diagnostics.
The splint sits on the inner side of the teeth, so it cannot be seen when you talk or smile. The composite is matched to the enamel color, so even up close the splint is barely noticeable.
It all depends on how much bone is left around the roots. With moderate looseness, splinting makes a real difference. If the support is almost gone, the dentist will explain the prognosis honestly and suggest alternatives.
Usually one to one and a half hours, depending on how many teeth are in the block. Splinting is done in a single visit, with no impressions and no lab stage.
Roughly 2–3 years, provided you chew carefully and maintain regular care. Fiberglass wears over time, so the splint is renewed periodically. The most common reason for repairs is biting into hard food.
Yes. The dentist separates the splint at the right spot, extracts the tooth and restores the splint on the remaining teeth. The whole splint does not need to be removed.
Brush the inner side of the teeth with gentle strokes along the splint, and clean between the teeth with super floss or a water flosser. Do not bite into nuts, fruit pits or hard crackers. If the splint comes loose, do not try to fix it yourself. Checkups are every 3–6 months.

I had a professional teeth cleaning with Dr. Olena Vitaliivna and was very pleased! The doctor was extremely attentive and caring, kept asking how I was feeling throughout the procedure and worked very gently. The procedure was quick and comfortable, and the result exceeded my expectations — my teeth are perfectly clean and even look whiter. I also want to thank the administrator for her friendliness and attention. She advised me on mouthwashes and recommended a treatment product that I could buy right there at the dental office, which was very convenient. I sincerely recommend this dental practice!
A very conveniently located dental office🤩 easy to get to, the administrator Olha is friendly, and they cleaned my teeth very professionally👍😍 thank you
I had my teeth cleaned at this dental office and was absolutely delighted. The procedure was quick, gentle and without any discomfort. My teeth are now smooth and clean, and the doctor also gave useful advice on care at home. Thank you for the service!
The most comfortable tartar removal I've ever had. The doctor also told me about problem areas worth paying attention to. A big plus is that they don't invent problems you don't have. I want to come back again.
Dr. Tetiana Viacheslavivna did a full professional hygiene treatment, and I liked it very much — quick and painless, and my teeth feel nice and smooth) Thank you!

I had a professional hygiene appointment. A very attentive and professional doctor
We had an appointment with Dr. Olesia Volodymyrivna. The doctor carefully examined my two children and found gum inflammation in my son; a baby tooth needed to be removed. And the child had no complaints at all. We're very grateful that the doctor noticed the bad tooth in time!
I really liked this dental office. I came as an emergency (I urgently needed help on a Sunday evening). They booked me quickly and with understanding of the situation. A tooth with a complicated history (gum surgery, long treatment and prosthetics), and all of it was done in…
I want to say a heartfelt thank you to Eurozet dentistry in Obolon, and especially to Dr. Viacheslav Vasylovych and his assistant Anastasiia. The tooth extraction went much easier than I expected. Special thanks to Anastasiia for her help and the pleasant atmosphere. It's great when people truly love what they do. I recommend Dr. Viacheslav Vasylovych and Eurozet — quality, professionalism and a human touch at a high level!

Most often a splint is placed when teeth have become loose because of periodontitis and the X-ray shows exposed roots and bone loss. Other indications are front teeth fanning out, an injury that has left a tooth loose and needing temporary stabilization while it heals, or a missing tooth that is causing its neighbors to shift.
A splint is also used at the end of orthodontic treatment to hold the teeth in their new position.
In a healthy row of teeth, the chewing load is spread evenly. When the ligaments around one root break down, the tooth shifts under pressure and its neighbors take over its share. They become overloaded too, and the process goes on down the line.
Splinting breaks this cycle: the joined teeth work as a single support, and none of them takes excessive pressure. So if your teeth have started to move, time matters.
If a group of teeth takes too much load, the splint will not last long. That is why the dentist always checks your bite before bonding the splint and, afterward, makes sure it does not interfere with how your teeth close.
Splinting is part of periodontal treatment, not a standalone service. Sometimes it can no longer change the prognosis. In that case the dentist will tell you so directly and discuss prosthetic options with you.
Splinting is done at the Eurozet locations in Pozniaky, Obolon and Pechersk: 14B Kniazhyi Zaton St (Osokorky metro station), 21 Levka Lukianenka St (Minska metro station) and 12 Henerala Almazova St (Pecherska metro station). All three are open every day from 9:00 to 21:00. The procedure itself takes one visit, and checkups every 3–6 months can be done at the same location. The list price for splinting is 3,500 UAH; cleaning and curettage, without which the splint is not placed, are paid for separately. You can pay for treatment in installments through PrivatBank.
