1. Introduction

The protection and security of personal data are of primary importance to eurozet.ua. We collect and process personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations, including the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation).

It is important to us that You know what personal data is collected when You visit our website or use our services or offers. We also want You to be aware of how this data will be used afterwards. This is explained in the Privacy Notice, together with information on how Your personal data will be protected against manipulation, loss, destruction or misuse.

2. How secure is Your data?

We apply technical and organizational security measures to protect Your personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. These measures are designed to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of Your data, as well as the continuous availability and resilience of the systems and services that process it. Our security measures include encryption of Your data, firewalls and password protection.

Our personal data processing methods and security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. However, please note that You are responsible for the proper use of protective tools (for example, antivirus software) when using websites and services, in order to prevent unauthorized access by third parties.

3. How is Your personal data used?

"Personal data" means any information that identifies You or is used to identify You specifically, for example, Your name, address, phone number, email address or billing details. We collect and process Personal data only where this is permitted by law or where You have given prior consent. We will process and store Your information to the extent permitted by law and necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.

We use Your Personal data to process and respond to inquiries and information requests.

Offline and online marketing

We may carry out analysis that combines data received from You offline and online in order to provide information or offers, as well as information about courses, events and customer service survey results that may be of interest to You.

4. Required information

If a data collection form contains fields marked as mandatory or with an asterisk (*), such information must be provided under law or contract, or may be required to conclude a contract, provide services or fulfill the stated purpose. If You do not provide the required information, we will not be able to fulfill the terms of the contract or provide the requested service.

5. Who do we share Your data with?

Your Personal data may be transferred to third-party service providers and other partners of eurozet.ua to process Your orders, requests and registrations. Your Personal data may also be transferred to suppliers that provide services to eurozet.ua, including, for example, printing houses, mailing centers, call centers, advertising agencies, internet providers and IT companies, as well as data processing centers. In addition, we may transfer Your information to other branches of eurozet.ua, in particular for the purposes of support, processing, delivery or marketing.

Our suppliers and other partners may process Your Personal data only for our purposes. Any transfer of Your Personal data to third parties is carried out subject to compliance with the privacy policy.

6. Your right to object to data processing

You have the right to object to our processing of Your Personal data on grounds relating to Your particular situation, subject to legal requirements or rights.

If You refuse to provide data for processing or wish to withdraw Your consent, send a short message to the email or postal address specified in section 10.

7. "Cookies" and web tracking

"Cookies" are small files that are sent to the hard drive of Your computer by a web browser or other programs. They are stored locally on Your computer's hard drive and are ready for later retrieval.

"Cookies" are used on the eurozet.ua website to facilitate and provide the necessary technical functions, to make our website convenient, to meet Your needs, or to evaluate visits to our website for marketing and optimization purposes.

In certain circumstances, third-party "cookies" are also used (for example, for retargeting) to enable suppliers to perform their functions.

Session "cookies" are used only for the duration of a session. These "cookies" are deleted after the session ends, that is, after You leave the website or close the browser window.

Other "cookies" remain on Your device for a longer period of time and allow us to recognize Your browser on Your next visit.

You can allow or block the use of "cookies", as well as web tracking, in Your web browser settings. You can set Your browser to notify You when "cookies" are enabled or to block them entirely. 8. Google Analytics

When You give consent by clicking the button in the pop-up banner, the website will start using Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

Google Analytics uses "cookies" stored on Your computer to analyze the use of our website. The information generated by the cookies is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

However, when IP anonymization is activated on the Google website, Your IP address will first be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other countries of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

Google has signed up to the EU Privacy Shield (EU-US Privacy Shield). The EU Privacy Shield is used as the basis for adequate data protection in accordance with the decision of the European Commission on the transfer of personal data from the EU to US companies that have been certified under the Privacy Shield (the certificate is available at:

Google will use this information on our behalf to anonymize Your use of our website, compile reports on website activity and provide us with other services related to website activity and internet usage.

You can prevent the collection of data generated by the "cookie" (including the shortened IP address) and data on Your use of the website, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading.

9. Server log files and IP addresses

Each time a visitor accesses our website, data about this process is temporarily stored in a log (Server Log Files) and processed. The log file stores the following information:

  • a description of the type and version of the web browser used
  • the operating system used
  • the category of the referrer URL
  • the host name of the accessing terminal
  • the date and time of the server request
  • the IP address

An IP address is the numerical address of Your technical device (computer or mobile device) used to access the internet and our websites. The IP address enables communication between computers and servers. Processing this so-called server log data is necessary to analyze and improve the website and to ensure system security.

10. Information and respect for privacy rights

In addition, You have the right to rectification (Art.16 GDPR), erasure (Art.17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), objection (Article 21 GDPR) and data portability (Article 20 GDPR), subject, however, to the law or rights.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update the privacy policy from time to time. The amended version will be published on this website with the current date. Therefore, please read the privacy policy again whenever You use the website. Access to the eurozet.ua website, as well as the use of any collected data, is governed by the privacy policy published in the relevant section.
