What we treat and how: pick a step
Inflammation
Plaque and tartar are a breeding ground for bacteria. The gums become inflamed and bleed, and over time the tissue around the tooth breaks down.
Professional cleaning with ultrasound and Air Flow removes tartar and plaque both above and below the gum line.
Curettage without an incision cleans the periodontal pockets, and the roots are polished. Pocket depth is measured before and after treatment.
Applications of medicated products support the gums, and the dentist schedules follow-up visits.
The dentist picks interdental brushes and a water flosser for you, shows the right brushing technique and sets up a schedule of checkups.
Plaque and tartar
The main cause of gum inflammation.
Inflamed gums
Swollen, bleed when you brush.
Periodontal pocket
Plaque, tartar below the gum line and granulation tissue build up in it.
Bone
Left untreated, the inflammation turns into periodontitis and destroys the bone and ligaments.
Ultrasound
Removes tartar.
Air Flow
Removes plaque.
Curette
Removes plaque, tartar below the gum line and granulation tissue from the pocket.
Root
The root surface is polished and smoothed.
Medicated product
Applied to the gums.
Gums
Bleeding and swelling go down, the gums fit more tightly against the tooth.
Interdental brush
Cleans the spaces between the teeth.
Gums
The dentist checks the condition of your gums at follow-up visits.
Bone
Treatment started in time stops the tissue from breaking down.
Comprehensive gum treatment means diagnostics, professional cleaning with ultrasound and Air Flow, curettage of the periodontal pockets, supporting medication and a home care program.

No incision: the pockets are cleaned and the roots polished. Depth is measured before and after.
The dentist picks interdental brushes and a water flosser, shows the brushing technique and schedules follow-up visits.
For early-stage inflammation, one professional cleaning with medication is usually enough. For moderate and severe periodontitis, 2–3 sessions plus follow-up visits.

Cleaning the pockets, with root polishing when indicated.
Applications of medicated products and follow-up visits.
Home hygiene products, brushing technique training and a schedule of checkups.
Prices are per the price list. The dentist draws up a treatment plan with costs after an exam and diagnostics.
The procedures are done under local or topical anesthesia. Ultrasonic cleaning is gentle on the tissue; you feel a slight vibration.
Gingivitis is a surface inflammation of the gums with bleeding and swelling; the bone is not affected. It is usually treated in 1–2 visits. Periodontitis is a deep condition in which the bone and the ligaments of the tooth break down. It requires comprehensive treatment.
The number of visits depends on the stage. For early-stage inflammation, one professional cleaning with medication is usually enough. For moderate and severe periodontitis, treatment takes 2–3 sessions, followed by checkups every 3–6 months.
Periodontitis is a chronic condition. Treatment stops the bone loss, removes the inflammation and brings the disease into long-term remission so that you keep your teeth.
For the first 24–48 hours after curettage, avoid very hot, spicy or hard food, alcohol and smoking. Use a soft toothbrush and apply the anti-inflammatory gels your dentist prescribed.
The main cause is insufficient or incorrect oral hygiene: bacteria multiply in plaque and tartar. The risk is higher with hormonal changes (pregnancy, adolescence), smoking, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and heredity.

I had a professional teeth cleaning with Dr. Olena Vitaliivna and was very pleased! The doctor was extremely attentive and caring, kept asking how I was feeling throughout the procedure and worked very gently. The procedure was quick and comfortable, and the result exceeded my expectations — my teeth are perfectly clean and even look whiter. I also want to thank the administrator for her friendliness and attention. She advised me on mouthwashes and recommended a treatment product that I could buy right there at the dental office, which was very convenient. I sincerely recommend this dental practice!
A very conveniently located dental office🤩 easy to get to, the administrator Olha is friendly, and they cleaned my teeth very professionally👍😍 thank you
I had my teeth cleaned at this dental office and was absolutely delighted. The procedure was quick, gentle and without any discomfort. My teeth are now smooth and clean, and the doctor also gave useful advice on care at home. Thank you for the service!
The most comfortable tartar removal I've ever had. The doctor also told me about problem areas worth paying attention to. A big plus is that they don't invent problems you don't have. I want to come back again.
Dr. Tetiana Viacheslavivna did a full professional hygiene treatment, and I liked it very much — quick and painless, and my teeth feel nice and smooth) Thank you!
I had a preventive hygiene cleaning, very comfortable. They explained everything in detail, did a check-up and gave treatment recommendations. I'm satisfied.
I had a professional hygiene appointment. A very attentive and professional doctor
We had an appointment with Dr. Olesia Volodymyrivna. The doctor carefully examined my two children and found gum inflammation in my son; a baby tooth needed to be removed. And the child had no complaints at all. We're very grateful that the doctor noticed the bad tooth in time!
I really liked this dental office. I came as an emergency (I urgently needed help on a Sunday evening). They booked me quickly and with understanding of the situation. A tooth with a complicated history (gum surgery, long treatment and prosthetics), and all of it was done in…
I want to say a heartfelt thank you to Eurozet dentistry in Obolon, and especially to Dr. Viacheslav Vasylovych and his assistant Anastasiia. The tooth extraction went much easier than I expected. Most often the first sign is blood when you brush or floss, or when you eat something hard. Then the gums swell, their color changes from dark red to bluish, and there may be a burning sensation. Bad breath that a regular mouthwash does not remove is another warning sign.
Later signs are exposed tooth necks, sensitivity, gaps between the teeth where food gets stuck, discomfort when chewing and a feeling that the teeth are loose.
Bleeding is the first signal of inflammation. At an early stage it can usually be stopped in 1–2 visits: with professional cleaning and, if needed, closed curettage. Left untreated, the inflammation turns into periodontitis and destroys the bone and ligaments that hold the tooth.
Do not put off an exam if your gums have been bleeding for more than a week despite careful brushing, or if you smoke, have diabetes or cardiovascular disease, or are pregnant.
The first step for everyone is professional cleaning: without it, the source of inflammation stays on the teeth. Curettage is priced per tooth, and medication is already included in the price. How many teeth need it and how many sessions it takes depends on the depth of the pockets and the extent of the damage.
That is why the dentist gives you the exact amount after the exam and measurements, and puts the cost into the plan before treatment begins. Prices for individual procedures are on the Prices page.
