What should I bring to an implant specialist consultation?
If you have a 3D scan (CT) of your jaws taken no more than 3 months ago, bring it with you. If you do not have a recent scan, we can take one on site before your appointment.
What does the treatment plan include?
A step-by-step schedule of all procedures: from professional cleaning, if required, to the surgical stage, digital impressions and fixing the permanent crown. The price is listed for each step.
How much does an implant specialist consultation cost?
A consultation with a treatment plan costs 500 UAH, a 3D scan (CT) is 1,200 UAH, and a CT scan of a segment (2–3 teeth) is 650 UAH.
Can an implant be placed right after a tooth is removed?
Sometimes, yes: this is immediate implant placement. The dentist assesses whether it is possible at the exam: the bone walls of the socket must be intact and there must be no acute pus-forming infection around the root.
Are there contraindications to implants?
There are few absolute contraindications: severe blood clotting disorders, uncontrolled diabetes, cancer in the active stage. Most other conditions call for extra preparation or stabilization with medication. The dentist decides after an exam.
How long does implant healing take?
Healing (osseointegration) usually takes 2–3 months in the lower jaw and 4–6 months in the upper jaw, where the bone is less dense. The dentist gives you the exact timing after reviewing the CT scan.
Does getting an implant hurt?
Implant surgery is done under local anesthesia or under sedation (sleep dentistry).

My husband and I take care of our teeth all the time. We were treated at a German dental practice, then a Turkish one, so we have something to compare with. We came to Eurozet with a difficult situation: after the Turkish doctors, the implants weren't taking, and they had to clean twice because small fragments were left after poorly cleaned sites from tooth extractions. They fixed it, cleaned it, the implants took, and only the final touch is left — the crowns. My husband damaged his upper teeth with an angle grinder, and doctors at three other practices didn't know what to do; here they did everything properly, and for half a year now he has been eating perfectly well. Why you should not put off a consultation after losing a tooth
Even one lost tooth affects the whole row over time: neighboring teeth shift, the bone where the tooth was gradually shrinks, and chewing becomes less comfortable. The sooner you come in for diagnostics, the simpler and faster the restoration will be. If the tooth is still there but will have to be removed, it is also worth coming in ahead of time: the dentist will assess whether an implant can be placed right after the extraction.
Why the implant specialist needs a CT scan
A CT scan gives a three-dimensional image of the jaw. On it the dentist measures the height and width of the bone and sees where the mandibular nerve runs and where the maxillary sinuses are. This determines the implant size and whether extra bone grafting or a sinus lift is needed. That is why the dentist always reviews a 3D scan during the consultation — either a recent one of yours or a new one taken on site.
How the dentist chooses the implant system
During the consultation the dentist selects an implant to suit your case. We offer the Straumann, Osstem, MegaGen and Neodent systems. The choice depends on the condition of the bone, the treatment plan and your budget. Per the price list, the surgical stage with MegaGen, Osstem or Neodent costs from 19,000 to 24,000 UAH, and with Straumann 35,500 UAH. Prices for crowns and other stages are on the Prices page, and your treatment plan will show the cost of each step.
