Can a crown be placed right after the implant?

My husband and I take care of our teeth all the time. We were treated at a German dental practice, then a Turkish one, so we have something to compare with. We came to Eurozet with a difficult situation: after the Turkish doctors, the implants weren't taking, and they had to clean twice because small fragments were left after poorly cleaned sites from tooth extractions. They fixed it, cleaned it, the implants took, and only the final touch is left — the crowns. The wide thread and narrow core of AnyRidge implants anchor the implant securely in soft or thin bone, so in many cases there is no need to build up the bone in a separate surgery. Whether you have enough bone, the dentist can see on the CT scan.
Implant and crown on the day of extraction: when it is possible
MegaGen systems are suitable for immediate implant placement: the implant goes into the socket right after the tooth is removed. This is especially valuable when a tooth in the smile zone is lost. If the implant achieved high primary stability during placement, the dentist can attach a temporary crown the same day, so you will not have to walk around with a gap. Whether the conditions are right is decided at the exam, based on a 3D scan and the condition of the bone.
What determines the cost of MegaGen implants
The cost has two parts. The surgical stage with a MegaGen implant costs from 19,000 to 24,000 UAH per the price list. Then a metal-free crown is attached: a budget one for 12,500 UAH or a crown for 16,000 UAH. The total depends on your particular case and the type of crown you choose. The dentist works out the full amount for the surgical and prosthetic stages at your consultation after 3D diagnostics, before the surgery. You can pay for each stage separately.
