A special scan body is attached to the implant so that scanning is done at implant level. An intraoral 3D scanner takes digital impressions with no impression material, and the crown is designed in software.
The technician makes the crown, in one piece with the abutment, from zirconia or E-max ceramic. At the try-in the dentist checks the contacts with neighboring teeth, the bite and the shade.

My husband and I take care of our teeth all the time. We were treated at a German dental practice, then a Turkish one, so we have something to compare with. We came to Eurozet with a difficult situation: after the Turkish doctors, the implants weren't taking, and they had to clean twice because small fragments were left after poorly cleaned sites from tooth extractions. Per the price list, a budget metal-free crown on a MegaGen, Osstem or Neodent implant costs 12,500 UAH, a metal-free crown on these implants is 16,000 UAH, and on a Straumann implant 22,000 UAH. The crown price is agreed in the treatment plan before fabrication begins. Payment can be split: part at the scanning stage and the rest at fixation.
