We remove wisdom teeth that grow at an angle or stay trapped in the bone. The tooth is divided into sections and removed piece by piece, so the bone and neighboring teeth are not damaged.

What we treat and how: pick a step
3D diagnostics
The wisdom tooth grows at an angle or stays in the bone. On the CT scan, the dentist sees where the roots sit relative to the nerve and the maxillary sinus.
Under local anesthesia, the surgeon makes a tiny incision in the gum tissue to reach the tooth.
Using microsurgical instruments, the tooth is carefully divided into sections.
The sections are removed one at a time, with no pressure on the jaw. This means less trauma to the bone, gums and neighboring teeth.
The socket is treated with an antiseptic, filled with collagen and closed with micro-sutures.
Wisdom tooth
Grows at an angle or sits fully or partly inside the bone (an impacted tooth).
Neighboring tooth
The wisdom tooth can press against it and damage it.
Mandibular nerve
On the CT scan, the dentist checks how close the roots are to it.
Anesthesia
Local anesthetic. Extraction under sedation is also possible.
Micro-incision
A small incision in the gum tissue over the tooth.
Microsurgical instruments
Help divide the tooth carefully.
Sectioning line
The tooth is divided into fragments so it does not have to come out whole.
Crown
The fragments are removed one by one.
Roots
They are removed one at a time, with no pressure on the jaw.
Collagen
Placed in the socket after antiseptic treatment.
Micro-sutures
Hold the gum edges in place and keep food out of the socket.
Surgical wisdom tooth extraction is the removal of a third molar that grows at an angle or stays in the bone: the tooth is divided into sections and removed piece by piece under local anesthesia or sedation.

Anesthesia or sedation
sedation is supervised by an anesthesiologistOn the CT scan, the dentist sees where the roots sit relative to the mandibular nerve and the maxillary sinus.
The extraction is done under local anesthesia. If you are very anxious, it can be done under sedation, supervised by an anesthesiologist.
The tooth is removed in fragments, with no pressure on the jaw. This means less trauma to the bone, gums and neighboring teeth.
The socket is treated with an antiseptic, filled with collagen and closed with micro-sutures.
A simple wisdom tooth extraction takes 20–40 minutes; surgical extraction of an impacted tooth takes up to an hour.

Antiseptic treatment and collagen placement.
The gum edges are secured to keep food out of the socket.
Prices are per the price list. The dentist draws up a treatment plan with costs after an exam and diagnostics.
The extraction is done under local anesthesia. Once it wears off, some swelling and discomfort are possible for 2–3 days. This is a normal reaction and goes away on its own.
No. If the tooth has come in properly, does not bother you and is easy to clean, it can stay. Extraction is recommended when the tooth is in the wrong position, chronically inflamed, decayed or pressing on neighboring teeth.
A simple extraction takes 20–40 minutes. Surgical extraction of an impacted tooth can take up to an hour, depending on the complexity.
Moderate pain and swelling usually last 2–4 days and are managed with the painkillers your dentist prescribes. If the pain gets worse after the third day or you develop a fever, contact your dentist.
Yes, the extraction can be done under sedation, supervised by an anesthesiologist. This option suits people with a strong fear of the dentist or with complex surgical extractions.
The teeth can shift and the bite can change. Bacteria build up under the gum flap, which leads to inflammation (pericoronitis), damage to the neighboring tooth and cyst formation.

I came to this dental office about removing my wisdom teeth. I had two removed at once and I'm very happy with the service and with surgeon Vladyslav, who told me and explained everything) During the surgery, while the first tooth was being removed, I felt a bit unwell from nerves, but they quickly brought me round and we decided to continue, which I don't regret. Two of life's problems solved ✅😉

Wisdom teeth, or third molars, usually come in last, when the rest of the teeth are already in place. There is often no room left for them, so a wisdom tooth may grow at an angle, push against the neighboring second molar, tilt toward the cheek or tongue, or stay in the bone altogether. A fully hidden tooth is called impacted; a partly erupted one is partially impacted. These are the cases that call for surgical extraction.
A reason to see an oral surgeon is inflammation of the gum flap over the wisdom tooth (pericoronitis): pain, swelling, bad breath. Extraction is also recommended if the wisdom tooth is hard to clean and the neighboring tooth is decaying as a result, if a cyst or granuloma has formed around the roots of an unerupted tooth, or if the tooth presses on nerve endings and causes pain in the jaw or temples. Sometimes a wisdom tooth is removed on an orthodontist's advice before braces or clear aligners.
Per the price list, surgical extraction costs from 3,600 to 5,500 UAH, and removal of wisdom tooth buds from 6,000 to 6,500 UAH. The price depends on the anatomy: the position of the tooth, its roots and how deep it sits in the bone. That is why the surgeon quotes the exact amount after the 3D scan, before the extraction begins, and it does not change during the procedure. The price already includes anesthesia, the surgical kit, isolation and sutures. All prices are on the Prices page.
