Veneers are placed when the enamel has changed color, or there are chips, cracks, gaps between teeth or individual teeth that are out of proportion.
The dentist takes a photo protocol and a 3D scan, and you approve the shape and color of your future teeth in exocad design software.
The dentist polishes away the surface layer of enamel on the front of the tooth, just tenths of a millimeter.
The optical data goes to the dental lab. The veneers take 10–14 days to make; in the meantime you wear temporary veneers.
After a try-in, the veneers are bonded with light-cured adhesive cement.

How is an ART veneer different from a crown?
A veneer covers only the front surface of the tooth. For a crown, the tooth is ground down on all sides, while a veneer preserves more of your own tooth.
Do the teeth have to be ground down a lot for veneers?
No. A veneer is 0.2 to 0.5 mm thick. Only a thin layer of enamel is removed so the veneer does not look bulky and sits flush at the gum line.
When are veneers the right choice?
When the enamel is discolored and does not respond to whitening, there are chips, cracks or wear, gaps between the teeth, or individual teeth are out of proportion.
Do veneers stain from coffee, tea or tobacco?
Dental ceramic is non-porous. It barely absorbs food pigments and does not darken over time.
How long does it take to get veneers?
10 to 14 days on average. In the meantime you wear natural-looking temporary veneers.
Can I get veneers if I have fillings or crowns?
Small fillings are not a problem. If a filling is large or the tooth has a crown, the dentist will assess it during the consultation. Sometimes it is better to replace the crown or place a ceramic onlay.

My husband and I take care of our teeth all the time. We were treated at a German dental practice, then a Turkish one, so we have something to compare with. We came to Eurozet with a difficult situation: after the Turkish doctors, the implants weren't taking, and they had to clean twice because small fragments were left after poorly cleaned sites from tooth extractions. They fixed it, cleaned it, the implants took, and only the final touch is left — the crowns. My husband damaged his upper teeth with an angle grinder, and doctors at three other practices didn't know what to do; here they did everything properly, and for half a year now he has been eating perfectly well. I also look after my oral hygiene and my teeth here. I'm satisfied. The office is clean, the staff are young and friendly.

Veneers or whitening
Whitening changes the shade of your own enamel, but it does not always help. If the discoloration is permanent, for example from fluorosis or tetracycline staining, ART veneers cover it with a ceramic shell. They also fix what whitening cannot: chips, cracks, worn edges, gaps between teeth and individual teeth that are out of proportion. The dentist will advise which option suits your case after an exam and a photo protocol.
Why ART veneers look natural
ART ceramic is built up in layers and individually tinted to mimic the microstructure of a natural tooth. It lets light through just like natural enamel and dentin, so the smile does not look artificial or too white. You approve the shape and color of your future teeth in advance in exocad design software and can see how they go with your facial features. The prosthodontist and the dental technician work on the veneers together.
What determines the price of ART veneers
The price is per veneer, so the total depends on how many teeth need to be covered. Some people need just a few veneers to fix chips, while others want the whole smile zone done. You agree on the final estimate with the prosthodontist during the consultation, before any work on the teeth.
